Understanding the Direxion Daily NVDA Bull 2X and Bear 1X Shares
The Direxion Daily NVDA Bull 2X Shares (NVDU) and Direxion Daily NVDA Bear 1X Shares (NVDD) seek daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 200% and 100% of the inverse (or opposite), respectively, of the performance of the common shares of NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA). There is no guarantee the funds will achieve their stated investment objectives.
To learn more, visit www.direxion.com
Important Notice to Investors: NVDU and NVDD will not be affected by the recently announced forward split of the common shares of NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA).
Investing in the funds involves a high degree of risk. Unlike traditional ETFs, or even other leveraged and/or inverse ETFs, these leveraged and/or inverse single-stock ETFs track the price of a single stock rather than an index, eliminating the benefits of diversification. Leveraged and inverse ETFs pursue daily leveraged investment objectives, which means they are riskier than alternatives which do not use leverage. They seek daily goals and should not be expected to track the underlying stock’s performance over periods longer than one day. They are not suitable for all investors and should be utilized only by investors who understand leverage risk and who actively manage their investments. The Funds will lose money if the underlying stock’s performance is flat, and it is possible that the Bull Fund will lose money even if the underlying stock’s performance increases, and the Bear Fund will lose money even if the underlying stock’s performance decreases, over a period longer than a single day. Investing in the Funds is not equivalent to investing directly in NVDA.

    Funny that Dave Kreinces is back touting bitcoin and 2x/3x products... Also how can Dave say that QQQ gets the win on performance over VGT when QQQ is not close in performance to VGT. Tony gets the win as the only judge here that made sense and keeping it real.

    • @etfguide
      @etfguide 7 днів тому

      VGT has outperformed QQQ during the past 5 and 10-year periods, so you are correct. However, VGT has underperformed vs. the 2x/3x tech and QQQ along with Bitcoin linked trusts. It's OK to disagree with judges and I think disagreement can lead to better investment decision making, which hopefully leads to better results for you and the rest of our viewing audience. Best, Ron

    This was two rest different point of views. I’m curious would XLG be beneficial to hold with VOO for that extra price appreciation?

    • @etfguide
      @etfguide 7 днів тому

      Over the past 10 years, XLG gained +283% vs. VOO which gained +229%, without dividends. The future will likely be different, but holding XLG did product some alpha over the regular S&P 500. Take care, Ron
